Shipping

We strive to ship all orders within 2-5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the individual product page or order confirmation email.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For customers in the contiguous US, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days once it has been shipped. International shipping times vary by country, and All taxes are included

As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification containing your order details and a tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at info@revivalrugs.com and be sure to include your order number. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated online, but rest assured that your package is on its way!

We offer free shipping within the contiguous international orders and US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) on all orders with the exception of furniture and lighting.

Returns

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from RugReform If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can initiate a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your full order.

For cash refunds, we charge a return fee depending on the product type. You can find more details on the "How much does it cost to return?" section below. If you are returning rugs, textiles, and accessories to our warehouse, please note that a restock fee of $20 per returned item will be charged. This helps us offset the costs of shipping and having our warehouse complete the quality control process, as well as restock, relabel, and repackage returns.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@rugreform.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unused, retain all original tags, and be in saleable condition.

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them within 14 business days. If the item(s) are in as-new condition , we will issue a refund less any applicable fees. Taxes will be refunded in accordance with state laws, and returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
